18 Miss. Code. R. 14-17.1 - General
Participation in SNAP shall be limited to those households whose incomes are determined to be a substantial limiting factor in permitting individuals to obtain a more nutritious diet.
A. Households with an elderly or disabled
member must meet the net income eligibility standards.
B. Households without an elderly or disabled
member must meet both the gross and net income eligibility standards.
C. Categorically eligible households do not
need to meet either income standards.
