18 Miss. Code. R. 14-18.7 - Homeless Shelter Deduction
A. MDHS must offer
a standard homeless deduction to households where all members are homeless and
not receiving free shelter throughout the month.

Note: Homeless households may
claim actual costs instead of the standard homeless shelter deduction if they
are verified and higher.
