18 Miss. Code. R. 14-21.3 - Cooperation
A. Natural and adoptive parents and adults
with parental control must cooperate with:
1.
Establishing paternity of the child; and
2. Obtaining, modifying, or enforcing a
support order for the child.
B. Non-custodial parents must cooperate with:
1. Establishing paternity if the child is
born out of wedlock; and
2.
Providing support for the child.
C. CSE will determine whether an individual
is cooperating in good faith.
