18 Miss. Code. R. 14-22.12 - School Attendance
A. MDHS may
sanction a family that includes an adult who has received TANF assistance or
SNAP benefits if such adult fails to ensure that his or her minor dependent
child(ren) attend school as required by the state of Mississippi.
B. MDHS may sanction a family that includes
an adult who is older than 20 and younger than 51 who has received TANF
assistance or SNAP benefits if such adult does not have or is not working
toward attaining a secondary school diploma or a recognized
equivalent.
