18 Miss. Code. R. 14-23.11 - Notice of Adverse Action
Residents of DAA treatment centers will not receive an individual notice of adverse action when MDHS has terminated the eligibility of one of the residents of the DAA treatment center due to the facility losing either:
A. Its certification from the
appropriate agency of the state of Mississippi (Mississippi Department of
Mental Health); or
B. Its status as
an authorized representative due to FNS disqualifications.
