18 Miss. Code. R. 14-26.5 - Homeless Shelter Deduction
A. MDHS must offer
a standard homeless deduction to households where all members are homeless and
not receiving free shelter throughout the month.
B. Homeless households may claim actual costs
instead of the standard homeless shelter deduction if the actual costs are
higher and verified.
