18 Miss. Code. R. 14-3.13 - Automated Resources-State Data Exchange and Beneficiary Data Exchange
A. SSI benefits may be verified through the
State Data Exchange (SDX) and Social Security benefits information through the
Beneficiary Data Exchange (BENDEX), or through verification provided by the
household.
B. SDX and BENDEX data
may be used to verify other SNAP eligibility criteria.
C. The household will be given an opportunity
to verify information from another source if the SDX and BENDEX data
contradicts information provided by the household or is unavailable.
D. Eligibility determination and benefit
levels must not be delayed past the normal application processing standards if
SDX and BENDEX data is unavailable.
E. Access to SDX and BENDEX data may be
acquired without release statements from households provided there is a
necessary data exchange agreement in place with the SSA.
