18 Miss. Code. R. 14-31.10 - Minimum Benefits
A. Except during an
initial month, all eligible one-person and two-person households will receive
the minimum monthly benefit.
B. The
minimum benefit is 8% of the maximum allotment for a household of one, rounded
to the nearest whole dollar.
