18 Miss. Code. R. 14-31.14 - Dormant EBT Benefits
A. Dormant benefits
are SNAP benefits not used by the household in 90 days.
B. If a household has not initiated activity,
such as a purchase or a return, that affects the balance of the EBT account,
the EBT account will be considered inactive or dormant.
C. Households can access dormant benefits
until the benefits are expunged.
