18 Miss. Code. R. 14-32.9 - Failure to Report Changes
A. If a household
fails to report a change as required and receives unentitled benefits, then a
claim will be filed against the household.
B. A notice of adverse action is required if
the household's benefits are reduced, and the discovery is made during the
certification period.
