18 Miss. Code. R. 14-33.6 - Timely Application for Recertification
A. Households
that are certified for one or two months during the month following application
will have 15 days from the date the notice of expiration is received to file a
timely application for recertification.
B. Signed applications from SSI only
households or from those that apply for recertification at SSA offices are
considered timely when received by the SSA.
C. Other households must submit an
application by the 15th of the last month of their
certification period to file timely.
