18 Miss. Code. R. 14-4.9 - Social Security Numbers
A. Eligible
expedited households must furnish a social security number for each applicant
or apply for one for those applicants before the second
(2nd) full month of participation.
B.
Exception: Households with
newborns have up to 6 months following the month of the child's birth to
provide a SSN or proof of application for a SSN for the newborn.
C. Household members unable to provide the
required SSN or who do have one prior to the 2nd
full month of participation will only be allowed continued participation if one
of the good cause exemptions has been met.
