18 Miss. Code. R. 14-5.8 - Foster Children and Adults
A. Individuals
placed in the homes of relatives or other individuals by a governmental foster
care program are considered boarders.
B. Therefore, households providing foster
care services may choose to include or exclude a foster child or foster adult
who lives with them.
C. If
excluded, the foster child or adult is not eligible as a separate
household.
