18 Miss. Code. R. 18-3.2 - Youth Screening and Assessment
A. The Mississippi
Department of Human Services, Division of Youth Services, shall ensure every
youth entering Oakley Youth Development Center undergo a formal screening and
assessment.
B. The results of the
screening and assessment instruments shall be used to develop a service plan
designed to address the care and rehabilitative needs of the youth.
