18 Miss. Code. R. 18-3.20 - Visitation
The Mississippi Department of Human Services, Division of Youth Services, Oakley Youth Development Center shall provide opportunity and make reasonable accommodations for in-person visitation during established hours and in accordance with procedures that safeguard the security of the facility.
