18 Miss. Code. R. 18-5.2 - Incident Reporting
MDHS will report in writing all incidents pertaining to youth and staff safety and other major events. The incident report will be used to document events that have taken place and to provide the organization with accurate and complete information to make decisions and take appropriate action.
