18 Miss. Code. R. 23-3.1 - Assignment of the Hearing Officer

For all matters heard before the Division of Administrative Hearings, the Division shall assign a Hearing Officer. The Hearing Officer shall be an impartial decision maker who oversees the administration of the matter. Hearing Officers shall be assigned for the following matters:

A. Programmatic Administrative Disqualification Actions, discussed in Chapter 5.
B. Programmatic Quality Control Review Administrative Agency Appeals, discussed in Chapter 6.
C. Subgrant Administrative Agency Appeals, discussed in Chapter 7.
