18 Miss. Code. R. 28-4.6 - Non-Availability of Funds/ Waitlist
A. If the
Subgrantee has run out of CSBG funds, the application must still be taken and
denied. Applicant's name must be placed on a waiting list. As soon as funding
is available, the applicants on the waiting list must be given an appointment
before any other appointments are given. If denied, the applicant should be
referred to other local organizations that may be able to assist. All referrals
must be documented in Virtual ROMA.
B. Under no circumstance should an applicant
not be allowed to apply because CSBG funds are not available.
