A. The State Fire
Marshal shall annually review the amendments and new editions of the Standard
Fire Prevention Code as published by the Southern Building Code Congress
International. Miss. Code §
45-11-101.
B. Upon review, new amendments and editions
which are in compliance with the intent of the Mississippi Fire Prevention Code
shall be adopted, Miss. Code §
45-11-103.
