2 Miss. Code. R. § 1-3-01-108

Any certificate may be revoked and all certificate tags recalled, at any time, for any violation of the provisions of Miss. Code Ann. §§ 69-25-1 to 69-25-47, and more especially Miss. Code Ann. § 69-25-19, of the Rules and Regulations of the Bureau of Plant Industry, Mississippi Department of Agriculture of the requirements of the Director and/or State Entomologist.
