All apple, pear, plum and peach nursery stock and all other host plants of San Jose scale, if originating from a nursery in which San Jose scale has been found, under provisions of Miss. Code Ann. § 69-25-7 and § 69-25-15, must be thoroughly treated by spraying or dipping the above ground portions of the nursery stock with a 3 percent oil of emulsion or other insecticide approved by a representative of the Bureau of Plant Industry, Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce.
