20 Miss. Code. R. 1-1.14 - Mileage
Employer or carrier shall pay mileage at the rate authorized for state travel per Miss. Code Ann. Section 25-3-4 to:
a. witnesses who are subpoenaed in a
proceeding before the Commission or whose depositions are taken,
b. claimants being interviewed by the
Commission or an Administrative Judge for a compromise settlement or lump sum
payment, and
c. claimants
requiring medical treatment or attendance as prescribed in the Mississippi
Workers' Compensation Law.
