20 Miss. Code. R. 1-2.14 - Deviation from Rules
In any claim, for good cause shown, the Commission or the Administrative Judge may permit deviations from these Rules insofar as compliance is found to be impossible or impracticable. However the time limits for requesting review of an Administrative Judge's decision or judicial review or appeal of a decision of the Commission may not be waived unless otherwise provided by statute or case law.
