The MDES in conjunction with AccelerateMS will generate quarterly and annual financial reports by project and in the aggregate. Financial reports will include:

Collections
B.
Expenditures
C.
Obligations
D. Plan versus Actual
A report on the performance of the fund shall be made to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Speaker of the House of Representatives annually, throughout the life of the fund.
