22 Miss. Code. R. 19-08-8.2
Both the owner and the operator of any motorized vehicles, ATVs (all-terrain vehicles), ORVs (off-road vehicles), motorcycles, personal watercraft, airboats, hovercrafts, vessels and aircraft or aquaplanes shall be held liable for the injury and/or damages resulting from any motorized vehicles accident and/or misuse of motorized vehicles resulting in damages to others, state property or the wildlife thereof.
