22 Miss. Code. R. 20-11-104
The respondent may:
104.01 Object to the complaint on the ground
that it does not state acts or omissions upon which the agency may
proceed;
104.02 Object to the form
of the complaint on the ground that it is so indefinite or uncertain that the
respondent cannot identify the transaction or prepare a defense;
104.03 Admit or deny the complaint, in whole
or in part, specifying each allegation of fact or conclusion of law as to
liability which is in dispute; or
104.04 Present new matters by way of
affirmative defenses.
