116.01 Must not be
located in critical habitat or sensitive coastal wetlands areas.
116.02 Only minimal dredging or filling
necessary to create/maintain serviceable intake/discharge structures will be
allowed.
116.03 Thermal discharges
must not be located in critical habitat or sensitive coastal wetlands area.
