Redetermination or renewal is defined as the process of verifying whether a beneficiary continues to meet the eligibility requirements of a particular program and are classified as either regular or special reviews.
A. A regular review is an
annual review of eligibility factors that are subject to change.
B. A special review is completed when a
portion of the case must be re-worked or case information must be updated
because of a change.
State regulations are updated quarterly; we currently have two versions available. Below is a comparison between our most recent version and the prior quarterly release. More comparison features will be added as we have more versions to compare.
