23 Miss. Code. R. 102-6.13 - Definition of a Child - ABD Programs
A. In the ABD
programs, a child is defined as someone who is:
1. Neither married nor head of a household;
and
2. Either under age eighteen
(18); or
3. Under age twenty-two
(22) and a student regularly attending school or college or training that is
designed to prepare him for a paying job.
