23 Miss. Code. R. 102-6.22 - Individuals Exempt from Utilization Provision
A. This
provision applies only to eligible individuals (applicants or
recipients).
B. It does not apply
to non-applicants or ineligibles.
1. This
includes the ineligible spouse or community spouse in ABD and non-applicant or
ineligible parents or caretaker relatives of children.
2. However, the responsible adult is required
to file on behalf of children potentially eligible for other benefits as a
condition of the child's eligibility.
