23 Miss. Code. R. 102-6.25 - Applying the Utilization Provision
A. The utilization
of other benefits provision is applicable at the time of application and for
the duration of eligibility.
B. The
individual potentially eligible for the types of benefits listed above or the
responsible person, if the client is a child, must take steps to apply for the
benefits.
C. If eligible, the
individual must accept the payment regardless of the impact the additional
income will have on Medicaid eligibility.
