23 Miss. Code. R. 102-8.2 - Legally Responsible Parents

A. The following are legally responsible parents:

1. The child's biological, adoptive or step mother;

2. The child's biological, adoptive or step father;

3. The adoptive parent who has been legally granted a final decree of adoption.
