23 Miss. Code. R. 103-4.8 - Charitable Funds Bank Accounts
A. The value of
funds in an account set up to receive and hold charitable contributions
(fundraisers) is counted if the name of the applicant/recipient is on the
account and the funds are available to the applicant/recipient for support and
maintenance.
