A. Medicaid covers
chiropractic services for manual manipulation of the spine to correct a
subluxation.
B. An x-ray must
demonstrate that a subluxation exists and if the subluxation has resulted in a
neuromusculoskeletal condition for which manipulation is appropriate
treatment.
