23 Miss. Code. R. 208-3.10 - Reimbursement
A. Reimbursement for AL Waiver provider
services cannot be requested earlier than the first (1st) day of the month
following the month in which services were rendered.
B. Reimbursement for AL Waiver provider
services is only for those services provided within the facility. The Division
of Medicaid does not reimburse for room and board.
C. Transportation is an integral part of AL
Waiver provider services and is not reimbursed separately.
