23 Miss. Code. R. 208-3.11 - Hearings and Appeals for Denied/Terminated Services
A.
Decisions made by the Division of Medicaid that result in services being
denied, reduced or terminated, may be appealed in accordance with Part 300 of
the Miss. Admin. Code.
B. The
waiver participant/legal representative has thirty (30) days from the date of
the notice regarding services to appeal the decision.
