23 Miss. Code. R. 209-2.5 - Diabetic Supply Rebate Program

A. The Division of Medicaid may operate a diabetic supply rebate program in coordination with the Sovereign States Drug Consortium.

1. Diabetic supplies included in the rebate program are listed on the Preferred Diabetic Supply List located on the Division of Medicaid's website.

2. Providers, including coordinated care organizations, are prohibited from collecting any manufacturer rebates on items included on the Preferred Diabetic Supply List.

B. Diabetic supplies included in the Preferred Diabetic Supply List provided by a pharmacy may be billed on a pharmacy claim.

C. Diabetic supplies billed through pharmacies must comply with the coverage requirements for medical supplies as applicable.
