A. The Division of Medicaid reimburses dialysis facilities for influenza and pneumonia vaccines when provided by and administered by the dialysis facility to beneficiaries receiving dialysis services.
B. Influenza and pneumonia vaccines are excluded from the ESRD PPS rate.
