23 Miss. Code. R. 222-2.5 - Reimbursement
A. The provider must bill the appropriate
HCPCs code and modifier HD for maternity and infant services to be reimbursed
under the PHRM/ISS program.
B.
Payments under the plan must not duplicate payments made to public agencies or
private entities under other program authorities for the same
purpose.
C. Only medically necessary
services are covered under the Medicaid program.
