23 Miss. Code. R. 302-2.7 - Exclusions

The Division of Medicaid may exclude a beneficiary from the Beneficiary Health Management (BHM) program if the beneficiary:

A. Has one (1) of the following diagnoses including, but not limited to:

1. Cancer,

2. Sickle cell anemia, or

3. Burns.

B. Is enrolled in hospice care.
