26 Miss. Code. R. 1-1.9 - HEARING PROCEDURES
The hearings shall be opened with the call of the docket. The request for hearing, the notice or notices thereof and proof of the due publication of the notice or notices of the hearing shall be made a part of the record of the hearing. Opening and closing statements may be made by the party or parties involved in a hearing.
