27 Miss. Code. R. 220-I-1.4 - "Board"

"Board" means the Board of Trustees of the Public Employees' Retirement System of Mississippi, who shall hold assets in trust or custodial accounts or annuity contracts and administer such assets under the terms and provisions of the Plan.
