27 Miss. Code. R. 110-3.1.4 - [Effective until 7/1/2025] Authority to Take a Position off Recruitment
Positions placed on recruitment may be assigned a closing date due to, but not limited to, the following circumstances:
Positions placed on recruitment for an indefinite period may not be assigned a closing date until a vacancy is filled. The authority to take a position or job classification off recruitment rests with the MSPB Executive Director.
