27 Miss. Code. R. 110-4.9.4 - [Effective until 7/1/2025] Promotional Referred Lists
A. A state service status, probationary state service, part-time, time-limited and/or other MSPB purview non-state service employee, who has been continuously employed for six (6) months in the agency where the opening occurs, may apply for a Promotional opening through submission of a current State of Mississippi Application.
B. Promotion into job classifications exempted from the selection process (See Section4.2.9) shall be made in the same manner as original appointments to the job classifications.
C. Applicants must meet the current minimum qualifications.
