27 Miss. Code. R. 110-4.9.5 - [Effective until 7/1/2025] Transfer Referred Lists
A. A state service status, probationary state service, part-time, time-limited, and/or other MSPB purview non-state service employee who has been continuously employed for six (6) months, may apply for a Transfer opening through submission of a current State of Mississippi Application.
B. Transfer into job classifications exempted from the selection process (See Section4.2.9.) shall be made in the same manner as original appointments to the job classifications.
C. Applicants must meet the current minimum qualifications.
