27 Miss. Code. R. 110-6.2.1 - [Effective until 7/1/2025] Establishment of a New Agency
When legislative appropriation or other authority provides for the creation of a new agency, the agency director shall submit the following to MSPB:
The Office of Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment employees will perform all functions in OSR related to the creation, maintenance, inactivation, and reactivation of an agency. Once the agency records have been created in OSR (to include the fiscal year records), the agency shall create a Program Budget record for each new agency to be reviewed and approved by the Office of Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment.
