27 Miss. Code. R. 110-6.5.5 - [Effective until 7/1/2025] Termination
Each agency must notify MSPB within ten days upon the termination of a previously approved legal services contract. The notification must be submitted to the MSPB Executive Director indicating the termination of services pursuant to the contract and identifying the effective date of such termination.
