27 Miss. Code. R. 210-24-101 - Effect of job transfer on rejection of membership service
Employees who had rejected membership in Article II [now Article III beginning at Miss. Code Ann. ยง 25-11-101 et seq. (1972, as amended)] who transfer from one Agency to another without an appreciable break in their employment, may be allowed to retain their rejection of membership.
