27 Miss. Code. R. 210-35-106 - Non-payment of Interest
In accordance with Miss. Code Ann. ยง 25-11-120(4) (1972, as amended), interest shall not be paid on any benefits, including, but not limited to, benefits that are delayed as a result of an administrative determination or an appeal from an administrative determination.
