27 Miss. Code. R. 210-42-104 - Filing of pleadings and other documents
1. All
documents relating to any proceeding pending or to be instituted before the
Board shall be filed with the Executive Director, or his or her designee, at
429 Mississippi Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39201-1005.
2. All documentation filed by any party to an
appeal must specify the assigned docket number and should be directed to the
Executive Director, or his or her designee.
